Yes, I’ll say that the staff at the site are the best I’ve worked with. This is my 4th doll and is the absolute best hands down. About one year of ownership and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Realistic, attractive, functional. Fixed, no vacuum option, still fantastic. Has had minor paint discoloration on nipples from a poor choice of fabric on my part. Very minor color transfer from some red lace, cleaned up easy. Great doll.
